Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with how we work before attending your appointment.
By appointment only
We are a small team of two and personally look after all of our clients. As a result, we do not have a receptionist and our clinic door remains locked throughout the working day. Unfortunately, walk-ins are not possible.
Arrival time
Please arrive at your exact appointment time. If you arrive early, there may be no one available to let you in until your appointment begins. If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your full treatment and you may need to reschedule.
During treatments
To maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment, we kindly ask that you do not knock on the clinic door, as treatments will be in progress.
Attending your appointment
Please arrive alone. Appointments are for the specified client only, and we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Please call 01782 631333 and leave your name and number on our answer phone. We will arrange a suitable collection time for you, collection times are booked in 15-minute intervals during our opening hours. This ensures we can step away from treatments to assist you. As our clinic door remains locked throughout the day, we strongly recommend calling ahead to avoid a wasted journey.
