All products and treatments were relevant are inclusive of VAT. Serenity Beauty Clinic are determined to maintain and improve where needed the quality of service. Please note that calls to and from Serenity may be monitored or recorded for training purposes. All debit and credit cards are accepted, except American Express. This may be subject to change.

Text Messaging Service

Please do not rely on our text messaging reminder service. We are a very busy clinic and where possible we take the time to send out a text reminder service by hand. Sometimes we do not have the time to do so. Your appointment is your responsibility and if you do not attend your appointment a cancellation/no show fee will be applied.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers and prepayments are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted.

Treatments and services are subject to change and may be discontinued during the validity period. If a treatment purchased with a gift voucher is no longer available, an alternative treatment of equivalent value will be offered.

Serenity Beauty Clinic cannot accept responsibility for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, and replacements cannot be provided in these circumstances.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment; otherwise, an alternative method of payment will be required.

Gift vouchers cannot be used towards consultation booking fees.

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any already discounted treatments or products. The 10% discount is applied to one treatment not the whole bill. Loyalty card discount cannot be used for Anti-wrinkle injections.

Refer A Friend Scheme

Refer a friend cannot be used in conjunction against any already discontinued treatments or courses where a discount is already applied. Refer A Friend card must be presented at the time of your booking. Refer a friend can only be used against the following results driven facial treatments:

• Geneo 4 In 1 Super Facial
• Dermaquest Resurfacer
• Advanced Chemical Peel

Treatment Courses

All treatment courses must be paid in full at the beginning of the course to recevie package savings.

Treatment Times

All timings shown on our treatment list refer to appointment times and not treatment times. Treatment includes: arrival, consultation discussing time, treatment time and post consultation. We allow 15 minutes grace (where applicable) for all appointments. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a telephone call to the clinic the remaining appointment time will be given to another client on our waiting list.

Treatment Pricing

Treatment prices can change from time of booking.

Treatments

Treatments are subject to change and may be discontinued, however if this was to happen an alternative treatment would be offered.

Booking Fee

A £20.00 non- refundable booking fee will be required when booking a 30 minute consultation. Redeemable on the day only against treatments or products.

Medical Forms

All medical consultation forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to review your medical history thoroughly and ensure your treatment is both safe and suitable. If your form has not been completed within this timeframe, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a new booking date will be required.

Late Cancellations

In order to offer our clients a more efficient booking service we offer a courtesy text reminder the week before to minimise late cancellations, however please be aware that you are still responsible for your booking and a no show will be charged for in full.

Courses booked and paid for will also have their treatment taken off. We therefore require 24 hours notice for treatment cancellations. If less time is given we charge £15.00 per 1/4 and if we cannot allocate your booking to another client then a full charge will be made to your account. We are human of course and life sometimes throws obstacles our way, so please call and explain your situation and we will do all we can to avoid charges if possible.

Mobile Phones

Please respect our environment and the needs of our guests by turning off your phone before entering. For emergencies or waiting for that important call then please leave your phone on vibrate.

Young Children & Babies

We love them of course! But due to safety issues and our peaceful environment, we cannot allow our little angels into the treatment areas. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to having a child with you, a full charge may still be issued.

Privacy & Cookies

This policy sets out how Serenity Beauty Clinic uses and protects any information that you give to us when you use the website. This may change from time to time so please take a look every now and again to make sure you are happy.

What we collect – We may ask you for your name and email address along with demographic information relevant to our customer surveys and offers.

What we do with it –  We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular stay in line with Data protection regulations regarding record keeping.  We will periodically send you offers and information via the email you gave to Serenity and we may also contact you by phone or mail.

Security – Serenity have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information we collect online.

How we use cookies –  A cookie is a small file, which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. The web application can therefore gather information on your needs likes and dislikes but this is only based on the data you choose to share with us.

Overall cookies help us provide you with a better website but you still have a choice to accept or decline if you prefer but it is better to accept so you can take full advantage of the website.

Controlling your personal information –  We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. There will be a small fee payable. Please email info@serenitybeauty.orgfor any information we hold on you which is incorrect we will amend promptly.
