We know you would rather be chilling out on one of our massage beds than reading this, but it’s got to be done, so here are ours…

All products and treatments where relevant are inclusive of VAT.

We are determined to maintain and improve where needed the quality of service, so please note that calls to and from Serenity may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.

We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express, however this may be subject to change.

Please note purchases of Gift Vouchers and prepayments are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers and prepayments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Late Cancellations

In order to offer our clients a more efficient booking service we offer a courtesy text reminder the day before to minimise late cancellations, however please be aware that you are still responsible for your booking and a no show will be charged for in full. Courses booked and paid for will also have their treatment taken off. We therefore require 24 hours notice for treatment cancellations. If less time is given and we cannot allocate your booking to another client then a full charge will be made to your account. We are human of course and life sometimes throws obstacles our way, so please call and explain your situation and we will do all we can to avoid charges if possible.

Mobile Phones

Please respect our environment and the needs of our guests by turning off your phone before entering. For emergencies or waiting for that important call then please leave your phone on vibrate.

Young Children & Babies

We love them of course!

But due to safety issues and our peaceful environment, we cannot allow our little angels into the treatment areas. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to having a child with you, a full charge may still be issued.
